S REWARDS represents the first loyalty system in Mongolia that supports both consumers and businesses within shopping centers and malls. This loyalty application aims to incentivize and engage customers who make purchases at Shangri-La Center and Central Tower.

The development of the S REWARDS application and the overall system incorporates international best practices from global shopping centers and malls. Notable features include a dynamic points collection system, digital vouchers, and discount incentives that enhance the purchasing experience. The application of these digital incentives has been successfully piloted in the Mongolian market, with specific development requirements addressed by a specialized development team based in Singapore.

The app we are developing not only offers remarkable rewards and discounts to end-users but also prioritizes user-friendly solutions for ease of use. Unlike other loyalty programs in Mongolia that require customers to carry physical cards or items—leading to potential loss or the burden of remembering transaction codes—S REWARDS provides a solution accessible via smartphones.
